Cancelation Policy
Due to the nature of the fishing charter industry we cannot offer refunds on cancelled trips. Trips may be rescheduled with no additional fee if 30 days notice is given. Trips cancelled within 7 days will forfeit their deposit.
If the trip is cancelled due to foul weather or other unforeseen circumstances and called off by the captain, the trip will be rebooked at a date that is agreeable between both parties. If no agreeable dates are arranged the trip can be booked for the same date the following season and the funds will carry over.
No Refunds will be given.
